Meet our team

Dr. Azizi has been in the health care field for 30 years. She graduated from OHSU dental school in 1992 and from the National college of Natural Medicine in 2009 with academic honors and honors in research. She also holds a certificate in nutrition and one in functional gastroenterology from Dr Steven Sandberg-Lewis and has taken over 300 post-graduate hours in functional neurology from the Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies. Functional neurology is a branch of neuroscience that uses various strategies to help improve or re-establish optimal neurological processes. Some of the conditions that have shown positive response to this type of approach include ADHD, muscle spasm, vertigo/dizziness, dyslexia/learning disorders, clumsiness, irritable bowel syndrome and heart arrhythmias.

She believes that patients should be treated with respect, friendliness, honesty, care, and skill they expect. This is why she always furthers her education to better serve her patients.
She has been living in the Portland Metropolitan area since 1984. She enjoys hiking, playing ping pong, reading, and spending time with her daughter.

Halimeh received her dental hygiene training at Oregon Health Science University and has been practicing in her field for over 20 years.

She started her career by working for a well-known periodontist where she noticed the challenges of her patients who were struggling with gum disease. She became more aware of the importance of early detection of periodontal disease in order to improve overall health. She has continued to use her experience as she moved on to working with patients in our office.

She loves working with people and the most rewarding part of her job is to build a great relationship with her patients to help them to maintain their periodontal health and beautiful, healthy smiles.

She is married and lives with her husband and her lovely daughter.
In her spare time, she likes cooking and spending quality time with her family.
